The Culture Shift
Revitalizing the political pillar of our culture, with sound money, and sound education.
PROPERTY RIGHTS
We can neatly divide the world into two political camps.
In the first camp are the vast majority of people whom hold the belief that what is yours is yours and what is mine is mine.
It’s pretty straight forward.
Any five year old on the planet can understand it.
In other words, most of the world believes that theft is wrong.
Let’s call this camp the republicans, and before you snow flakes get triggered with that branding, we will momentarily define republic, so just keep reading, peasants.
In the other camp, which is a significantly smaller number of people, there is the minority of the worlds population whom hold the same beliefs as the rest of us, but with one caveat, that in certain situations, what is yours is not yours, and what is mine is not mine, instead, our property as far as this minority is concerned, belongs to them, to do with it what they perceive to be the best uses of our property, provided the circumstances “necessitate” such a change in ownership of course.
It’s a pretty convoluted and inconsistent belief system that nobody can understand as goal posts shift. And because of the shifting foundation of this belief system, it is the cause of revolutions, civil wars, genocides, and world wars.
In other words, a small minority of the world believes that theft is okay in certain situations, provided you can rationalize a reason for it and get others to believe you.
And if you’re following along, you know that we’re going to name this camp the democrats. Most likely at this point, if you are a snow flake, you’re entirely outraged, and should be, take a good look in the mirror, commie. But again, we will define democracy momentarily as well. Hang tight buttercup.
Now, of course, the democrats won’t call it theft, because in their eyes, it’s not theft, it’s the necessary action for a civil society to function, or it’s the price we pay for a functioning economy, or it’s the only way to ensure safety, or it’s a way to bring about fairness, equality, and equal opportunity, or equal outcomes, or it’s the only way to fight climate change, etc.
Typical democratic thievery includes compulsory taxation, deceptive monetary inflation, eminent domain laws, legal tender laws, and intellectual property rights, to name a few. In each of these cases our friendly elected band of thieves steals our labor, our purchasing power, our homes and land, our freedom to transact, and our freedom to create, respectively.
Good times.
Okay, so what exactly is a republic and what exactly is a democracy, so we know what we are talking about when we indicate republican or democrat, going forward?
Well, it’s pretty simple actually. At least, simple in terms of defining.
A republic is a form of government that is ruled according to a fixed rule set, a constitution if you will, and a democracy is a form of government that is ruled according to an unfixed rule set, a set of changing laws based on “the will of the majority.”
In other words, a republic defines what rules must be followed and everything else is fair game, and that’s it. Simple. You can think of the bitcoin supply fixed to 21 million as a sort of republican constitution of money.
And a democracy on the other hand can change the rules of the game when they feel the need to do so. In other words, every government starts out as a republic, with a set of rules, and every government morphs into a democracy as the people change the rules over time. Once again, pretty simple to define. You can think of the ethereum supply or the federal reserve base money supply as a sort of democratic shifting of the rules of money.
Another way to think about these two types of governance systems is as follows:
Suppose some group of people decided to start a new republic with a constitution consisting of one simple rule, that what is yours is yours and what is mine is mine. The people that work to maintain this constitution would be considered republicans. Now imagine, over time, some minority within the group wanted to reallocate some of the savings of the majority to themselves for their own “reasons.” This minority group would be considered democrats, looking to rewrite the constitution, to make exceptions to the rule and define when what is yours and mine can be theirs. The democrats would fill the schools and media, and government with their people, and create the illusion that the majority of the people want a change to the constitution under the pretense of “the will of the majority.” They will cheat in elections to create a majority, and with that “majority” they will consider themselves justified in rewriting the constitution, allowing for exceptions, allowing for theft of your property under whatever “reasonable” “emergency” situations they declare.
In this light, if we take a look at the structure of the political parties of the world today, and looking specifically at the United States government for example, the “republicans” that we vote for, are by no means the republicans defined here. They are what are better understood as Republican’s In Name Only, or “RINO’s” and they do not hold the belief that what is mine is mine and what is yours is yours. Instead, they hold the same beliefs as the democrats, that what is mine and yours, is theirs, provided the situation suits them.
So in the United States what we really have are democrats on the left and the right, but the right are called “republicans” to give the illusion that they are not part of the minority of thieves, when in fact they are but RINO’s, republicans in name only.
And then we have the various “third parties,” the independents, the green party, the libertarian party, etc. And among these folks, though there may be a few actual republicans, unfortunately the majority of them are also democrats.
And lastly, there are those in the US that do not identify with any party and don’t spend anytime voting other than maybe going to vote on occasion for something to do, because it would be nice to believe voting does something useful, like express the belief of the republican camp, the belief of those that do not believe in theft, which is the vast majority of us.
Which brings us to the next nuance that we must address.
VOTING IS RETARDED
There is one other nuance we need to appreciate before we get into the heart of the Bitcoin Culture Shift that has begun.
Most people do not want to spend anytime with politics. Most people want to get their work done, and socialize and do what they want to do outside of work, which does not include thinking or talking or dealing with political nonsense.
And this majority of people that are not interested in politics, they largely overlap entirely with the republican camp. Most everyone that doesn’t want to get involved with politics holds the belief that what is yours is yours and what is mine is mine.
The reason most people are not interested in politics is because most people understand that the only reason people get into politics in the first place is to come up with reasons why they can lawfully take your property. It’s really that simple.
And most people are not interested in spending their time weaving together narratives to legitimize ways in which they can take their neighbors property, or some foreigners property.
The vast majority of people simply want to be left the fuck alone, and don’t want anything to do with politics. But the minority, that wants everything to do with politics, comes up with reasons about why your property should belong to them, which forces everyone to go vote in bullshit elections, where there is no choice, where there is no red or blue, where there is only the state, trying its best to fuck you.
Which leads us to the next point to be made.
ABSOLUTE RESPONSIBILITY
In my own life, the one great empowering tool that took a great deal of pain and hardship to finally learn, is the tool of responsibility, not in some things, some of the time, but in all things, all of the time.
A real game changer, personally, was to take absolute responsibility in every aspect of my life. My mood, my behavior, my habits, and equally important, the mood, behavior, and habits of the friends, family, and strangers, that impact my life.
When I finally took upon myself the mental framework of not only how I behave at all times, but how others around me behave, that it is not only my problem, but also my responsibility, it was a real light bulb moment for me.
Here is a simple thought experiment we’ve all experienced. Think of an instance in your life where a family member, or stranger, starts bitching about something.
First of all, there is no need to get angry, or emotional and lash out in disagreement.
And perhaps equally important, if you disagree with the bitching, although ignoring may help in the immediate situation, it is not the best long term solution.
Remain calm and in control, always.
Take responsibility, always.
Second of all, why did you let the thing happen in the first place to create the bitching. How did you fail to allow the bitching to even get started.
You didn’t take absolute responsibility.
If you are thinking to yourself right now, that you can’t stop someone from bitching. You have failed to except absolute responsibility. You failed at creating an anti bitching environment.
If you don’t like the bitching, then you need to take absolute responsibility and understand how and why it happened to not allow the situation to arise in the first place.
Absolute responsibility, always, of everything that impacts your life.
No blaming of the other person, no fault on the part of the other person or on events that are allegedly out of your control. That’s a bullshit cop-out. You define your world.
Everything falls squarely on your shoulders. Always.
You are the captain of your ship. Whomever is around you impacting you is aboard your ship, and you owe yourself the duty of making certain everyone aboard your ship is behaving in an appropriate manner, and on the mission you have laid out.
You are the creator of the world around you, of the people you bring aboard your ship, and the destination you are sailing towards.
From this mindset we can maintain calm and clear headedness, and approach every obstacle or challenge as an opportunity, with well thought out meaning and intention.
When I look out on the political horizon, I see a lot of potential storms headed our way. Rough seas can be fun. But sometimes, the storms can cause material damage and work should be taken to avoid them.
In the not too distant future, in potentially any country you look at, there is a non zero probability of empty store shelfs, starvation, murder, death and destruction either by way of economic collapse, hyperinflation, war, revolution, or some other banker reorg operation.
Thus, as people that have begun to accept absolute responsibility for our lives, and our families lives, we must therefore commit to addressing this political landscape, to reduce these potential problems from eventuating themselves upon ourselves and our families.
We must navigate our ship around the stormy weather ahead.
Which means, although most of us are in no way shape or form interested in politics, seeing as how it is no doubt very much interested in us, we must therefore become interested in it.
We must take responsibility for the outcomes of politics. If nothing else, we have a duty to ourselves, as the captains of our ships to take up this responsibility.
We can impose our politics through a three pronged trident of absolute responsibility.
If they want war, we’ll give them war.
It’s time we find a way to turn politics into a tool for good.
For once, and for all.
OUR POLITICAL TRIDENT
We take the political field of battle on our own terms, and crush them with our three point trident.
Point one — Starve the thieves of their funding.
The only reason the minority of thieves have any power over the majority of us is because we use their theft based monetary systems.
We need to push their monetary systems into a state of worthlessness, and we can easily do that by no longer using their monetary systems. Every dollar or euro or yen or pound, or whatever fiat currency you hold in a bank, or in a broker exchange, or in a retirement or pension account, is an attack vector on your livelihood.
The mechanism of the thievery is through this monetary system. Whether you hold stocks, or bonds, or ETF’s, or savings, or checking balances, all of these are rehypothecated, borrowed against and shifting capital from what you want in the market to what you don’t want in the market.
You want a safe and happy home. They want you scared, and at risk of dying so that you become a life long subscriber to their programs. Opt out. Remove your monetary value from their system and transact on an alternative system.
If you have money in a bank, place it in self custodied bitcoin. If you have stock that you really want to own, go through the process of taking self custody of them.1 If you want to own gold, it’s got to be physical, otherwise you don’t actually own it and you are only helping the thieves finance their insanity. And if you want to transact, do it through a bitcoin network, or with cash in person, peer to peer. Eliminate the middlemen pick pockets.
Point two - Win political positions and dismantle the levers of control.
For most all of us, we have no interest in taking political office. We understand it for what it is, nothing more than a mechanism of theft, with best intentions. But many of us have the ability to win office either at the national, state, or local levels. And by taking these offices, we can push our agenda which includes:
reducing compulsory tax rates to zero
reducing deceitful monetary inflation rates to zero
nullifying all eminent domain laws
abolishing all legal tender laws
abolishing all intellectual property rights
The vast majority of the world does not want to pay tax, does not want higher prices, does not want their home stolen, does not want to use a state mandated money, and does not want to be forced to black markets to buy good products that people demand. It’s simple really. If you tell others you are a bitcoiner, and if you push this agenda, you will start winning elections, and we can create the world we want to see, a world where what is yours is yours and what is mine is mine. A world where we can voluntarily trade to create the goods and services we want in society.
Point three - And last but not least, share and promote the culture shift.
What ever your fiat day job is, stay there. Dedicate yourself to your work. Become the best employee, or employer. Become the beacon of hope and the super spreader of facts. Help your colleagues and friends and families realize that we all want the same thing — to keep what we’ve earned, to live in peace, and to create happy and healthy children doing the same.
There is only one long term sustainable path to reach this goal, by way of a global republic of bitcoiners, a fixed monetary base of 21 million bitcoin, a belief system grounded in the notion that what is yours is yours and what is mine is mine, and an understanding that goodness is not given, it is earned. It is arrived at through absolute responsibility and directed energy towards a just world, a world where theft is never tolerated no matter how dire of an emergency the sirens may sing.
Remember, if there really is an emergency, you don’t need to pay people to do something about it.
The Culture Shift is here.
Join the Armada.
Cheers.

Good stuff, I like the part about responsibility and actions to take next. I've always agreed with Charles Swindoll's quote 'Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react to it'
Savage writing! Message heard.
