Ending Daylight Savings, With Bitcoin

Everyone hates it.
Everyone bitches about it.
Nevertheless, twice a year everyone mindlessly changes all their clocks in their homes and their cars, in their offices and their factories, in their schools and hospitals, and every other damn place, and everyone wakes up foggy headed, slightly disoriented, and starts what is always inevitably a shitty Monday, that turns into a shitty week.
Yes, we all love to loathe daylight savings.
And apparently we don’t care that it actually is killing us.
No, seriously, time change literally kills people. It is well established science that strokes, heart attacks, fatal traffic accidents, and all types of deaths spike the week of our ritualistic “saving of the daylight” with our moronic daylight savings time changes.
There is always talk about ending the daylight savings time change every year, and then for “reasons” the idea is shelfed until the next wave of pointless deaths arrives like clock work six months later.
With this insanity finally just too much to bear, it finally occurred to me, I don’t need a politician to tell me what time I need to set my clocks at. I can just stop “falling forward” in November, and avoid the agony and potential fatal decision of “springing ahead” come next March.

But how? What is this sorcery, is it even possible?!
HE IS BEGINNING TO BELIEVE
For those of us that have arrived at Bitcoin, we didn’t wait for our politicians or local news channel or financial advisor to tell us to start saving with Bitcoin, we arrived at Bitcoin on our own, in spite of the fear, uncertainty and doubts our friendly overlords and nightly propagandists were incessantly barking at us.
We independently set our own monetary policy, choosing to save in Bitcoin, to custody our own keys, and regulate the network ourselves by running our own nodes. And this mode of independent network building can be accomplished in every aspect of our lives from our monetary policy to our time change policy.
If I don’t like the politically approved, local news supported, and financial advisor recommended current thing, I can simply opt out.
So when it comes to this years time change in November, I am simply opting out. I am not changing my clocks back an hour in November. I’ll wake up the same time as I always do, although it will be an hour earlier in my time zone for half the year, I’ll be waking up at the same time as everyone in one time zone to the east of me, without destroying my circadian rhythms, without setting myself up for a murderous March.
I just operate as if I am in a new time zone for half the year. From November to March I am on Eastern Time rather than Central Time, or Central time rather than Mountain Time, or Mountain time rather than Pacific time. No big deal.
From November to March, when I am making plans to have lunch with someone and they suggest 1pm, I say sure no problem, I can eat later at 2pm, but 1pm would be better for me. And since they forgot I am on an uncucked Bitcoin time, they chuckle and say ah yes, ok sure 12pm is fine for me. And then at lunch, we discuss how wonderful not changing time is.
Eventually my circle of friends and family opts out of the fiat time change, and we all operate on a standardized unchanging bitcoin time. Not because the government approved it, or the news told us to do it, or our trusted experts said it was best for us, but because we realized it was better for us, and we simply acted on our free will.
Folks, the prison door is unlocked. You just need to pull on it and it will open up for you and you can walk on through, out the front door. There aren’t even any prison guards to stop you.

Once you realize you have the power to do whatever you want, all of the sudden a whole new world begins to take shape. You and your family and friends, and associates, and business partners, can independently arrive at consensus on not only money, and time, but on many other aspects of your lives.
Want to start a business? With bitcoin you don’t need a corporate structure, and you don’t need terms and conditions. All sales are final with bitcoin. There are no remedies to recover damages for bad products. The transaction is the binding agreement between the willing buyer and the willing seller. With bitcoin, the transaction is the legal and final settlement.
Bitcoin forces customers to do their due diligence before committing to that irreversible transaction of their bitcoin. And it forces the business to be open and honest to attract and retain customers to trust them with their products and services. With uncensorable, immutable transactions, all of the necessity for legal agreements and corporate structures vanish.
With bitcoin, if you want to start a business, just start it. Make the good or provide the service in exchange for the bitcoin. It’s that simple. Forget about all the other bureaucratic licensing nonsense. Forget about the fiat red tape standards, they no longer apply when a sound money is utilized.
STEP OUT OF LINE
Want to give your kids a good education? You don’t need the fiat schools to do this. You don’t need any school. And you don’t need to wait for a certain age or a license requirement. Just get them doing it, what ever it is.
This legendary father is teaching his 11 year old to drive semi. This is an education. Real world useful skills.
Sure there are fiat hoops you might have to work through, but this 11 year old is going to have his semi driving license as soon as his age allows it, and he will be on a path of building wealth in his teenage years while his peers are lost in the matrix, getting ready to go into college debt with no future prospects.

BUCK THE PSYOPS
Want to get off grid? You don’t need to move to get off grid. You can keep the fiat grid and strengthen it with alternative solutions. Install a fireplace. Chop some wood. It’s a great workout and an independent decentralized fuel source.
Opening your mind to Bitcoin, to a new parallel system, is opening your mind to a whole new world with both benefits and detriments. With Bitcoin, growing your purchasing power is easy, but it comes at the cost of personal responsibility with self custody and running your own node.
With fiat clown world slowly devouring itself, we have this incredible opportunity in the twilight of fiatnam to steer our lives in the directions we choose, without the need to tear down the old system. We can work within the current systems, while building and strengthening our new decentralized systems.
Just because we hold our wealth in Bitcoin doesn’t mean we need to close our bank accounts. We might hold less cash in the bank, but sometimes our bank accounts are the best option for sending money or operating within the fiat clown world legacy systems.
In other words we don’t need to maintain a black and white stance. We are not here to tear down the old centralized systems. We are here to build the new decentralized systems that will make the old systems irrelevant, and so in the process, there are a lot of still functioning centralized systems that we can work with rather than fight against.
If the insane fiat world wants to change their clocks twice a year like lunatics, fine, have at it, but us sane folks will keep our clocks fixed to one time, all year long, just like our money is fixed all year long, and sure we might bump into a little friction having to translate between the two systems while the legacy system is still around, but it is a small price to pay for consistent circadian rhythms and certainty in our monetary systems.
Realizing that we can voluntarily and freely opt out of our legacy fiat systems, whether they are banking services, education services, health services, utility services or any other services, is the path forward for more and more people every day.
And it’s not just about getting more people on board, it is also realizing that more and more things in our daily lives do not need to be regulated or governed by some central authorities. Since each individual has the most skin in the game in their daily actions, each individual is incentivized to begin operating their lives as they see fit, and what will tend to occur, because most people are of honest and hardworking means, is that there will become naturally developed decentralized consensus among all matters of daily life, from fixed monetary policies, to ending daylight savings, from parent child apprenticeships to homemade power generation techniques running on old world grids.
In the coming decades clown world will fade into insignificance with the rising of robust decentralized local networks growing into an enduring age of renaissance, and all it took to spark it off was each individual, one by one, at the grass roots level, Ending Daylight Savings, With Bitcoin. Welcome aboard.
